It’s clear that the days of the human race are counted. Heavy measures are necessary to be taken to avoid catastrophic effects on the climate and the biodiversity, but we’re moving the other way with right wing politicians all over the place.
And as we know from history: Only when things really go wrong it is to be expected that action will be taken. But in this case that’ll be too late. Several tipping points will have been passed and there’s no way stopping the processes that wil lead to the extinction of the human race.
It happened before that dominant species were wiped away. Mostly because of external causes.
But in this case the humans did it totally by themselves.
Mayby it's just something that can't be avoided. Like a "Great Filter". Is that why we don't see aliens?
